I encourage my service based small business clients to use Showit or Squarespace primarily for ease of use and growth potential. The platforms are user-friendly and ideal for handing over to anyone who wants to quickly and easily make updates to their site without needing a designer on-call.

If you're a product based business I recommend Shopify for it's focus on e-commerce and control over POS. Shopify is hyper-focused on giving you tools to create an effective online store, so if selling online in an attractive way is the goal, we'll likely head this direction.

Yes! Every website project includes a 1:1 training session where we walk through how to update and maintain your site going forward. Our virtual session is recorded and sent to you afterwards so you can return to it as needed.

A brand is so much more than just a logo and I believe that to offer the best experience for clients, I'm not truly setting them up for success if I only provide a single logo. However, I understand that when a business is first starting out it may not be feasible to budget for a completely custom brand identity. 

All you need is a vision and the passion to execute it. I'll walk you through the process and let you know what you need when we have our kickoff meeting. If we're designing a website together, you'll need to gather all copy and photography. I created a content workbook that will aid you in this process! And since photography really plays a huge part in website design, I also offer stock photo sourcing services if needed.

Yes! Most projects begin with an initial deposit, followed by invoices that are sent at predetermined dates established before the project begins. All invoices may be paid online via Paypal. If you want to set up a different payment plan for your project just let me know and we can discuss a payment structure that works for both of us.

Lots! The branding process is a collaboration. Having you work with me is crucial to the success of your brand. We'll be in touch on a weekly basis whether that's through email or phone call (your choice) and ask for regular feedback to ensure you are always delighted with the end result.

While I wish I could start each project as soon as it hits my inbox, that isn't often the case. The studio is typically booked 1-2 months in advance and each project follows a predetermined schedule. I limit the numbers of clients I take on at any given time to be sure that each project is given the time and attention it deserves and I can be sure to deliver a high quality product.
